Check the exact item
Match the source product ID, color, size and quantity. Save the original link and resolve unclear measurements before you pay.
Place the purchase order
Open the item in Pikobuy and review the current options, price and order terms there. The official guide separates this payment from later international shipping.
Review the warehouse result
When your purchase reaches the warehouse, review the photos associated with your own order. Raise a mismatch or return request promptly; eligibility and deadlines apply.
Plan and submit the parcel
Check the destination, product type, packed weight and dimensions in the official shipping estimator. Select the available route and packaging, then review the final shipping charge.
Follow the shipment
Keep the parcel reference and distinguish seller delivery, warehouse receipt and international tracking. Contact official support with the relevant order or parcel ID if an update needs clarification.
