Find the right shoe listing

Open the shoes collection and choose a few candidates with a clear product link. Record the item ID, selected color and price currency. Two similar pictures may represent different sellers or variants. Reopen the original listing before buying, because availability and options can change.

Choose a size using comparable measurements

Measure both feet and use the larger measurement as a reference, then read the size chart for that exact listing. Do not assume an EU label converts identically across sellers. If an insole length is supplied, ask how it was measured; it is not automatically the recommended foot length.

Read photos without treating them as a product test

Compare the left and right shoes, size labels, requested color, stitching and visible sole edges. Ask for a closer image of any unclear area. Catalog photos show a listing; warehouse photos should match your own order. Neither proves long-term comfort, authenticity or durability.

Decide about the box after inspection

A shoe box changes parcel dimensions and may provide protection. Before requesting its removal, check your return conditions and whether labels, seals or accessories must remain intact. Compare a boxed and reduced-packaging estimate using actual measurements when available, rather than assuming a fixed saving.

Compare the complete cost of each candidate

Keep the product price, domestic delivery, international shipping and any displayed optional charges in separate columns. Use the same destination and packing assumptions for both pairs. Do not divide a mixed parcel's shipping equally without saying that this is only your budgeting method.

Make a clear buy, clarify or stop decision

Proceed only when the item and size are identifiable and the total fits your budget. Ask one specific question when a measurement or photo is missing. If the listing changes or the answer remains unclear, keep researching. Save the original link and your final variant selection for later comparison.
